Finance Operations Intern (B2B)

Behind every gift that arrives on time is an invoice that was right the first time. You'll help keep that promise, one reconciled ledger at a time.

What you'll own

  • Invoicing: Issue and track corporate client invoices accurately and on schedule.
  • Tax & VAT: Prepare and reconcile submissions with finance leadership.
  • Order matching: Match purchase orders against sales orders so nothing slips through.
  • Receivables: Maintain accurate AR aging reports and flag what's overdue.
  • Client communication: Answer billing questions from corporate clients clearly and promptly.
  • Process hygiene: Spot and flag recurring errors instead of just fixing them each time.

What you bring

  • Paid internship, minimum 4 months.
  • Solid finance fundamentals: invoicing, VAT, reconciliation.
  • Confident in Excel — VLOOKUP and PivotTable, not just formulas you've seen once.
  • Organised under pressure across multiple deadlines.
  • A clear communicator with clients and internal teams.
  • Comfortable asking questions when something in the numbers doesn't add up.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
