We are looking for a creative, proactive, and trend-savvy Marketing Communication Specialist to join the Outerbloom team. In this role, you will be the voice and the strategic mind behind our brand’s social media presence and external partnerships. You will blend visual storytelling with data-driven promotional strategies to scale Outerbloom's brand awareness. If you have an aesthetic eye, love building relationships with other brands, and are excited about leveraging the latest AI tech to hack your workflow, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Growth & Ideation: Brainstorm and develop innovative marketing initiatives, campaign concepts, and partnership angles to continually elevate Outerbloom's brand awareness and market share.
- Social Media Strategy: Design, plan, and execute a robust, engaging content and promotional strategy across key social media channels (specifically dominating Instagram and TikTok).
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify, pitch, and seamlessly execute co-branding collaborations and partnerships with external brands, influencers, and communities that align with Outerbloom’s premium target audience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the project lead for your campaigns, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders—including the Creative, Performance/Online Marketing, PR, and Operations teams—to ensure every campaign and partnership is flawlessly executed from top-to-bottom.
- AI-Driven Optimization: Continuously explore and actively implement cutting-edge AI tools to streamline daily workflows, accelerate creative copywriting, and optimize content delivery.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in Marketing Communications, Social Media Management, or Brand Partnerships (e-commerce or premium lifestyle brand experience is a plus).
- Creative Execution: Hands-on proficiency with video editing and graphic design tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere/Photoshop) to produce high-quality, on-trend social content quickly.
- Visual Excellence: A strong, meticulous eye for design, aesthetics, and visual storytelling that resonates with Outerbloom’s brand identity.
- Communication & Pitching: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, paired with strong negotiation abilities to secure mutually beneficial external partnerships.
- Work Ethic: A highly proactive self-starter with a strong sense of initiative. You are a collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Corporate Sales
Sales

Finance
Support our finance team in managing order processing, invoicing, and client coordination for seamless B2B operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage invoicing for corporate clients
- Prepare and reconcile VAT/Tax submissions
- Create and match purchase orders and sales orders
- Maintain accurate accounts receivable aging reports
- Provide support to the order processing Operations Team
- Verify and reconcile vendor payments
Requirements:
- Familiarity with order processing, data entry, and basic documentation

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative marketing campaign ideas to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing initiatives across social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter.
- Support the creation, planning, and scheduling of campaign and social media content aligned with the category business plan.
- Research and engage with influencers, negotiate fair rates, and manage agreements to support campaign objectives.
Requirements:
- Video editing or content creation experience.
- Strong communicator with a results-oriented mindset.
- Creative thinker with storytelling skills and the ability to adapt to new challenges.
- Collaborative team player, skilled at managing multiple priorities and coordinating cross-functional projects.
- Available for a minimum 4-month internship.
Gift Product Designer

- Managing design process from conception through to end-sales
- Conducting market research to identify new trends and techniques, and seeking design inspiration
- Collaborating with team members to select seasonal themes and create new concepts
- Creating production sketches for development packages
- Presenting story, mood, color boards
Requirements:
- Deep passion for design, branding, and business
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop
